The non-potable irrigate pump for the Governor’s Ranch and Aspen Meadows Neighborhoods is now operational. Residents are now able to use non-potable water for outdoor use. Residents should note that water restrictions are still in place. Water restrictions need to be followed to preserve the integrity of the irrigation system and to keep from depleting the well which could cause damage. Water restrictions include a scheduled approach to watering, with residences with even-numbered addresses watering on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of each week, and residences with odd-numbered addresses watering on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays of each week. Those with questions about water conservation and restrictions can visit the Town’s website to learn more.

Town staff has recommended that the paused payment for non-potable water for the neighborhoods of Aspen Meadows and Governor’s Ranch be extended through June in recognition of the delayed completion date of the project.
