The Town of Eaton is soliciting proposals for general communication services to include:

  • Campaign to gather email addresses for e-newsletter
  • Monthly content creation and distribution
  • Monthly or Bi-weekly Board meeting summaries 
    • Template and content creation/distribution of Board wrap-ups
  • Website Updates
    • Content development. Updates/posts as needed
  • Social Media Management
    • Editorial calendar, content development to include graphics and photos
  • Utility Bill Inserts
    • Editorial calendar and policy recommendations. Content development to include graphics and photos.

Bids are due to Greg Brinck, Assistant Town Administrator by noon on Friday December 3, 2021. Bids will only be accepted electronically.
