Self-Evaluation Regarding Accessibility Pursuant To The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)
In accordance with ADA requirements, the Town of Eaton (“Town”) is conducting a self-evaluation of Town facilities, services, and locations to identify any potential physical barriers, policies, practices, or procedures that may limit or exclude participation by persons with disabilities.
As part of the self-evaluation, the Town is seeking comments from the public concerning accessibility to Town programs, facilities, or services. Written comments are welcome, and may be delivered or mailed to Jeff Schreier, Assistant Town Administrator, 223 First Street Eaton, CO 80615, or submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The open comment period will begin on March 19, 2018 and will close on May 18, 2018.
Notice will be published and posted on the Town’s website upon completion of the self-evaluation.
