Students, parents, and families: We are so excited to partner with Rocky Mountain PBS this fall as they air the fall season of Colorado Classroom: Learn With Me At Home.
Starting Monday 9/7 at 8am, the TV channel RMPBS will be premiering K-3 literacy and STEAM lessons taught by licensed teachers. The Eaton Public Library will be a pickup site for printed lesson materials to go along with the episodes. Stop by the Library and request these FREE lesson materials at any time! The PBS episodes of this program are also available to stream from their website.
Here is the information from their website (https://www.rmpbs.org/blogs/rocky-mountain-pbs/colorado-classroom-returns-with-new-episodes/): "Colorado Classroom: Learn with Me at Home allows master teachers from across the state to teach students through lessons geared specifically toward K-3 age ranges every Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. -10 a.m. for at least 15 weeks starting on Labor Day. To engage students in literacy learning across many different topics, including science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM), the fall program will have themed weeks, starting Week One with Me & My Home and subsequent weeks with the following themes: Space, Art, Earth, and Animals. Every Friday, Denver Museum of Nature & Science is providing family science programming with interactive and engaging science lessons, as part of the curriculum."
