The Town of Eaton and Eaton Public Library have made the decision to close our offices and buildings on Thursday, December 22 due to the severe cold and winter storm that is anticipated to arrive Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. Weld County has also made the decision to close its non-essential offices. The decision was made to ensure the safety of our employees and the public. Offices will remain closed Friday, December 23 and Monday, December 26 for the Christmas holiday. We will reopen Tuesday, December 27.

Town Notice: The Town of Eaton is converting the two-way stop to a four-way stop at 1st and Juniper on Monday, December 19.

The right turn lane from Collins to WCR 35 will be closed from Monday, October 31, 2022 by 7:00 a.m. to Wednesday, November 9, 2022, by 5:00 p.m. (at the latest) for repairs on the Eaton Roundabout bird bath.
The estimated time of construction is 7-10 days.

Following a Board Retreat on September 22, 2022, the Eaton Town Board has identified six strategic “pillars” or priorities that will be used to determine how they should direct the town.
